At MLD Cleaning Services, our top priority is to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will review the issue. We are committed to resolving any concerns at no additional cost.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered under the following conditions: The issue must be reported within 24 hours after the service was completed. The customer must provide evidence of the issue (photos or a detailed description). If the problem persists after we attempt to correct it, a partial or full refund may be evaluated.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If the customer refuses a follow-up visit to correct the issue. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service. Pre-existing damages or stains that cannot be removed by standard cleaning methods.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a 20% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is free of charge if requested within the allowed time frame.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
