At MLD Cleaning Services LLC, delivering high-quality cleaning services is our top priority.
If you are not satisfied with the results of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.
We will review the issue promptly and are committed to resolving any concerns at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of the completed service.
  • The customer provides clear evidence of the issue (e.g., photos or a detailed description).
  • If the problem persists after a follow-up visit or correction attempt, a partial or full refund may be evaluated.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The customer declines a follow-up visit to resolve the issue.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be resolved through standard cleaning methods.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling is free of charge if requested within the allowed timeframe.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the
original payment method used at the time of booking.
