Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our cleaning services and website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

MLD Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:  Regular Cleaning. Deep Cleaning. Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning. Commercial Office Cleaning. Custom Cleaning Packages. All services will be performed as agreed upon in the service contract or booking confirmation.

Pricing and Payments

All pricing will be communicated upfront and confirmed before service. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.  We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Booking, Cancellations and Refunds

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.  A cancellation fee of $25 applies for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.  No refunds will be issued after services have been completed unless a valid complaint is raised within 24 hours of service completion.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to the property during the scheduled cleaning time.   Areas to be cleaned must be free of hazardous materials and obstacles.  Pets should be secured during the cleaning service.  MLD Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues or unsecured items.

Liability and Limitations​

MLD Cleaning Services is insured, but we are not liable for damages due to normal wear and tear, improper installation of items, or items not properly secured.  We are not responsible for the loss of or damage to items that are fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable unless previously communicated.  Any damage or dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Termination of Services

MLD Cleaning Services reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a client breaches these Terms or if the work environment is unsafe. • Clients may terminate recurring services with at least 7 days' written notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state.
