1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions («Terms») govern your use of our cleaning services and website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

MLD Cleaning Services LLC offers both residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Regular Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
• Commercial Office Cleaning
• Custom Cleaning Packages

All services will be performed as agreed upon in the service contract or booking confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payments

All pricing will be communicated upfront and confirmed prior to the service. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
• A $25 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
• No refunds will be issued after services have been completed unless a valid complaint is received within 24 hours.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Clients must provide access to the property during the scheduled cleaning time.
• Cleaning areas must be free of hazardous materials and obstructions.
• Pets should be secured during the service.
• MLD Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing issues or unsecured items.

6. Liability and Limitations

MLD Cleaning Services is not liable for damage due to normal wear and tear, improperly installed items, or unsecured belongings. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items unless notified in advance. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Termination of Services

MLD Cleaning Services reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a client breaches these Terms or if the work environment is deemed unsafe.

• Clients may terminate recurring services with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state.
